You are inextricably connected to each leaf on every tree, to each ray of sunshine (whether it caresses your face or not), to each gust of wind and gardenia blossom and vine of poison ivy. All you need to do to instantly experience this connectedness is take a step or a roll outside. If for some reason you cannot go outside, but you have at one time or another been outside and have your memories of Nature’s spaciousness to guide your mind’s eye, you can simply stand or sit or lie down, close your eyes, and be transported into Nature’s ever-present and ever-changing magical realm.
